In this meeting we’ll look at new maps that help us understand current and future flooding. We’ll share our process for developing solutions to reduce flooding and get your feedback to help shape the resilience action plan. We’ll cover topics such as:

  • What does flood risk look like for you now and in the future?
  • How are resilience planners partnering with the community to develop a plan to address flooding?
  • Based on your feedback and technical analyses, what physical actions can reduce flooding while improving well-being?
  • What programs and policies can help shape the future we want to see?

Our last community meeting was on November 17th and covered physical actions you can take to protect from flooding, other ways you can prepare for floods, and financial resources available in the aftermath of storms. To read more about our past meetings, visit our website here.

We encourage you to RSVP for the meeting to help us plan.
