Resilient NJ Northeastern New Jersey

Provide feedback on flood solutions for Jersey City at March 29 2022 community meeting.

We’re developing a regional resilience action plan to reduce current and future flooding in Jersey City, Newark, Hoboken, and Bayonne. This meeting is focused on getting your feedback on solutions we’re evaluating for Jersey City, what should be prioritized, and what questions you may have. If you live, work, or play in Jersey City, we encourage you to join in to help create more resilience communities.

The meeting will also be provided in Spanish and American Sign Language.
Please email or call us (ResilientNENJ@dep.nj.gov or 201-398-4333) for additional accessibility support needs.

MEETING DETAILS

Join breakouts rooms split by area in Jersey City to discuss specific solutions and projects that are being evaluated to reduce flooding in different neighborhoods, how they might change our communities, and how they can be implemented. Share your feedback on what you’d like to see included in the resilience action plan.

We’ll also share a project update, show how feedback has been integrated so far, and outline next steps for developing the action plan.
